Shadow Kiritani has about 3,00 HP and access to the skills Tempest Slash, Mind Slice, Tarukaja, Rebellion, and Revolution. He is immune to dizzy, confusion, fear, forget, sleep, rage, despair, and brainwash.
Since Kiritani has no weaknesses and resistances, you should just stack as much damage as you can on him. You will want to use Tarunda to be able to endure his physical attacks. Be sure to cure confusion as soon as possible after Kiritani uses Mind Slice.
