P5R Third Tier Persona Ability
Third Tier ability are new passive abilities unique to the third tier personas. The effects appear to be derived from the Phantom Thief member’s original persona albeit having enhanced or combined effects with other skills.
Not to be confused with the special characteristics since those are counted as trait skills and not passive skills.

| Concentrate All | Multiply party’s next Magic attack damage by 2.5 | Celestine |
| Myriad Blooms | Increase party’s Attack, Defense, and Agility for three turns. | Gorokichi |
| Checkmate | Decrease all enemies’ Attack, Defense, and Agility for three turns. | Agnes |
| Vault Guardian | Marakukaja (boosts Defense) and applies effects of Tetrakarn (repels 1 Phys attack) and Makarakarn (repels 1 magic attack) at the start of battle. | Lucy |
| Ultimate Support | Moral Support may trigger various effects. | Al Azif |
| Masquerade | Deal two times severe Phys damage to 1 enemy. | Ella |
| Blade of Rebellion | Single target severe almighty attack. Has an added effect on knocked down enemies. | Hereward |
