Crossroads Bar Part-time Job Guide in Persona 5 Royal

You can work part-time at the Crossroads Bar to increase your Kindness social stat while earning money. The bar will be locked until Shinjuku becomes available and you can access the bar on 6/24. It is only possible to work a shift there at night. The Devil Confidant (Ichiko Ohya) will also be unlocked when you talk to her for the first time upon entering the bar.

Applying for a part-time job at the Crossroads Bar requires you to have at least have Rank 3 Kindness, Rank 4 Proficiency, and Rank 3 Guts.

Working part-time at the Crossroads bar nets you a salary of 7,200 Yen on weekdays and Saturdays, and 12,000 Yen on Sundays which is a Busy Shift.

The mementos mission request We Aren’t Just Your Slaves can only be unlocked by working two shifts at the Crossroads Bar.

Sunday Customers

Various special customers will visit the bar on Sundays, allowing you to increase other social stats by talking to them during your shift.

In Persona 5 Royal, all stat increases gained from talking to special patrons only give an increase of +1.
