Showtime Attacks in Persona 5 Royal

In Persona 5 Royal, characters will be able to unleash special unison attacks with another member of the party. Their animations are mostly comical, as seen in released footage. There are currently five unison attacks revealed, described below.

Ryuji and Makoto

The first unison attack showcased. Ryuji pummeled the enemy before Makoto unleashed a flurry of punches.

Yusuke and Ryuji

Yusuke and Ryuji were shown in a beef bowl restaurant. An enemy then intruded just before Ryuji was able to take a bite of his meal. The duo then begin peppering the foe with firearms. To conclude the attack, Yusuke shot a grenade thrown by Ryuji.

Morgana and Ann

Morgana is seen giving flowers to Ann. They then both appeared in the air, with Ann firing her guns at the enemy below. Morgana then hurled a bomb to end the assault.

Ann and Yusuke

Yusuke was shown hiding behind a tatami, preparing to draw his sword at an unsuspecting enemy. After slashing the enemy, Ann appeared carrying an umbrella and posed in the background.

Haru and Morgana

Haru and Morgana were seen jumping off the roof of a building as the latter transformed into a bus. Riding atop Morgana, Haru fired grenades at the enemy before getting off. Morgana then rammed into the foe, causing a massive explosion.

Makoto and Haru

In Persona 5 Royal’s latest Japanese TV commercial, we saw Makoto and Haru in an arena and walking towards a wrestling ring. Nothing is revealed in terms of their actual showtime though.

Protagonist and ?

Also in the same commercial, we saw the Protagonist prompting a showtime move. However, it wasn’t shown who his partner was in this showtime move.
