Decarabia
According to the writings of The Lesser Key of Solomon, Decarabia is a demon from the Ars Goetia. Ranked as the 69th demon, he doesn’t really have a title in Pseudomonarchia Daemonum. Despite this, however, in the Lesser Key of Solomon, he is a Great Marquis of Hell. He has thirty legions of demons under his command. When summoned, Decarabia appears as a pentagram star.
He will take the form of a man if the conjurer requests it. He knows the properties and values of all herbs and precious stones. Also, he can transform into any type of bird. He does this to sing or fly for his conjurer, sometimes acting as their animal familiar.

This repels Fire, not blocks. Also, why does it even learn null fire if it naturally repels it?
Probably if you’re fighting a boss that absorbs fire if the attack is reflected back at it. More useful if you learn Null Fire in that case.
