Onmoraki

Onmoraki appears as a bird-demon created from the spirits of freshly-dead corpses. Onmoraki resembles a black crane. If a person is caught sleeping in a temple’s sermon hall, the Onmoraki will rebuke them while flapping its wings.

If the priests don’t take their sutras seriously, this creature will shout the Degeneration Sutra in the priest’s household altar.
