Ariadne Picaro

This persona is available upon pre-ordering the digital version or as DLC.

Ariadne Picaro is an alternate version of Ariadne that is exclusive for Persona 5. The word Picaro means “rogue” in Spanish.

Based on King Minos’ beloved daughter, who, out of love for Theseus, offered him a sword to aid in the battle against the brute Minotaur. Her journey with Theseus’ army ended in despair as she was accidentally left behind when the crew fled. She later became Dionysus’ wife, but unfortunately died at Argos at hand of Perseus. Upon Dionysus’ descent, the god retrieved her along with his mother Semele and they ultimately became part of the Olympian pantheon.

Her Picaro version has a more pronounced color with dark red covering the fine lines and black occupying most of her armor’s color. Her hair is dyed silver instead of cyan, and her head is encased in iron.
