Bishamonten

Bishamonten is a Persona belonging to the Hierophant Arcana in Persona 5. He is based on one of the four figures located at the corners of the main altar of a Buddhist temple.

The four figures correspond to the four cardinal directions. Bishamonten represents the north. He originated as a god in Indian mythology and came to Japan as the guardian of the realm of the north, the guardian of Buddhist law, and the god of victory in war, wealth, and good fortune. He is also one of the Seven Lucky Gods in Japanese Mythology.
