Cybele

Cybele is the strongest Persona in the Magician Arcana. You will be able to fuse Personas to summon her once the Priestess Arcana Social Link is at max.

This Persona is based on the deity of Phrygia who represents the idea of a mother goddess. She is associated with wildlife and vegetation. In Greek Mythology, Cybele was the protector of several city-states, one of which being Athens.
