Kikuri-Hime

Kikuri-Hime is a Persona belonging to the Priestess Arcana. She is based on the dragon goddess in Japanese Mythology that is worshiped at Mt. Hakusan. She is a Shinto goddess of negotiation and mediation.

She is said to be the one who brings rain to the farmlands of Japan. It is written in the Kokiji that she mediated on behalf of Izanami so that Izanagi and his wife could speak to each to other.
