Lucifer

Lucifer belongs to the Star Arcana in Persona 5. He can be summoned once you’ve reached max rank with the Star Arcana Confidant.

Alternatively known for his other titles namely the “Morning Star,” and the most powerful Seraph; Lucifer is the God’s highest ranked angel who has become a fallen.

His rebellion sparked several interpretations, however, three have stood out. His rejection to kneel down to mankind during its creation, his failure to abide by God’s plan of salvation, or his attempt to take the throne of God for himself and serve as the new king of Heaven.
