Based on the hero of Greek mythology. Orpheus was the son of Oeagrus, the Thracian King. His skill in music was granted by the support of Apollo, who bestowed upon him a small golden lyre. This was coupled with the teachings of his mother Calliope. This gift, which has influenced nature itself to accompany his music, has earned him the titles “Master of Strings” and “Father of Songs.”
