Regent
The Regent is a new persona introduced in Persona 5 and belongs to a collection of unusable personas called “Treasure Persona“. Treasure Personas cannot be equipped for combat but they can be used in fusion. This is especially useful when you want to summon powerful persona.
The Regent is based on the Regent Diamond, a 141 carat diamond from India. The diamond received its name because it was bought by French Regent Philippe II.

These things are resistant to curse as well, just met the one in the 2nd palace and used curse on it(since you have it here he was not resistant to it) and boom resistant, and he escaped.
