Belial

68th spirit of the Goetia, Belial is a brave ruler. He belongs to Lucifer’s order, following him through creation. His appearance is one an attractive angel resting on a chariot that spouts fire.

If his summoner fails to submit a tribute, they will receive false judgment. However, he does not fully commit to those who properly gave their offerings, for he also requires them to either possess his seal or be granted by the divine force. Belial is the demon responsible for causing chaos to the two cities Sodom and Gomorrah.
